today was a wonderful day spent wif suhana on searchin for body lotions. HAHA
met up wif her close to 2pm at tampines
saw annabella wif her ahma
gdness, her ahma so young can
and anna looks as beautiful as ever despite wearin braces

so back to body lotions, we went from one shop to another
kept smellin all the lotions
n they even sell victoria secrect body lotions!
n i was questionin hana if its authentic or not.. HAHA
its 20 bucks after discount though, so i guess i might b gettin it wif my next pay

definitely hana n i got our night-stress relieving lotion by baby jonhson!
the smell really last, n its worth our money.. haha
after tat, we dined at food culture
we both had fried hand made noodle =)
done wif the meal, n out we went in search of hair saloons
im gettin my hair dyed black back no matter wat before hari raya
Oh boy,
the prices were sky high, n im just gonna stick the one near my house which offers more affordable prices =)

after tat, met up wif hana's mum at hello shop
it was 6.30pm , n i took my leave

tmr is already the start of fasting month
real fast
im glad menses is over n i hope i can hav a total complete one month fastin wif no interuptions from the miserable menses
plz plz plz..

i applied the newly bought lotion n its wonderful!
i cant help smellin myself now n then

tmr marks the day where im gonna b stuck home for 2 freakin weeks straight before attachment begins
how "wonderful" haha..

well today was a absolute total home day for me
no intention of goin out
woke up at 9am in the mrn
practically rolled on the bed
read the book tat i bought at times
im tryin to read it slo-w-ly so tat within the next 2 weeks at home, i can complete all my bks
but lookin at the speed im reading, i don think so! haha
currently the book im readin is by jane green, tittle: 2nd chance
its a really gd book
once again its bout marriage and relationship
n how this lady hu is married wif two kids copes wif it
im halfway done wif the book, if tmr im not goin out, i might complete it n then i hav another new book to read which is the one tat made me get the books.

once again, about relationships n stuffs

ate brunch close to 11.30am, rot again wif the book
then finally went to shower n applied mango lotion (lotion are wonderfull!)
i was so tempted to get out of the house n walked to the nearest guardian n get the other lotions.. but lazziness took over me! haha
mayb tmr i will go n get it.. baby jonhson hav the nite lotion mainly to relieves stress n tension n allow easier sleepin tru the nite.
n i need such lotions really badly!
(it may seem we broke off long ago which is pathetically 3 months ago to b exact, but i still feel the ache n pain)
tru out the whole day, i was super addicted to smellin the baby jonhson tat i bought yesterday
i keep smellin it while readin the book!
it got me super addicted, macam sniffing glue! haha

so today was spent by either watchin my fav cartoons or readin my book
nevertheless, i still cant miss my nappin time
in actual fact, i just got up from snoozing, had dinner, n now here i am

there is one actual fact bout how borin my life is:
there is absolute NO CALLS OR SMS tru out the whole day
n i will predict the same way for the next 2 weeks
if i were to b wif a partner, my phone will beeped like no ones business
but now its so silent tat i tot it vibrated by its own.. damn
but then again, i gotta FORCE myself to look at the brighter side: pay less! haha

dad was shocked tat i stayed home the whole day
haha!
he gave me a stunned look over dinner
"u dint go out? how come? i tot u will b out enjoyin urself"
(talkin bout enjoyin myself, my life is so quiet without ericko around)
so he gave me an idea, mayb tmr i wanna go roam around somewhere
somewhere near my hometown
either parkway or tampines
but if i were to get my ass out tmr, definite thing to do is buy the lotions! haha
anyway its affordable n u hav no idea wen the sale will last
its 2 for 3.60 n each 100 mls.. tell me bout it pple

hmm goin parkway will b nice coz they hav all my fav shops there from topshop to dorothy perkins to mango.. but i don think they hav guardian coz watson took lots of space.. haha
ahh talkin bout dorothy perkins, i think i wanna get myself more sleeveless nowdays
i think i look gd wif their sleeveless =)
n this will b my typical dresscode once sch reopens: sleeveless n jeans n side bag along wif my brazi wateva sandals
not forgettin, my hair will b super black =)
definite no make up, perhaps the most eye liner
n absolute losin weight! i hav to b 50 or below once sch reopen

decided to shop for my sleeveless wen hari raya is over.. hehe
coz i hav all the cold hard cash to spend
intention is to get: mango jeans as i realised they r cheaper than those at topshop, but somehow i prefer topshop cutting. apparently my bro hav the topshop card.. shd i fully utilize it? hence still pending on which jeans i shd get.. coz im super pathetic now.. i hav 2 pairs.. one cheapo from bugis tat i decided not to wear for sch coz i look ugly in it n the other super expensive 116 bucks from topshop tat looks wonders on me.. so practically i hav one! haha

so the current topshop one shall b my sch jeans n the one tat im goin to get its meant for outings! haha.. well planned
so yup, these are to pamper myself as my bifdae is comin nearer..
as a whole, i own everythin i wan! haha
just tat need to get myself a pathetic nice lookin slippers to go out wif.. tats all
so for the upcomin months, i wont spent much anymore
for this month alone, i only got myself the sling bag n shades tat r below 50
the rest of the spare cash i had, i spent it primarily on my mum followed by grandma n bills. officially im broke now
upcomin month's money will b primarily for my hair!! n mum wanted too.. so i gonna pay for her ( i have to pay for her, wat am i sayin?).. wateva it is, im willin to spend below 100 for both myself n my mum.
afterwhich, i need to divide the money to give durin raya which is practically 5 days after i got my money.
money sure come n go
then i hope im able to collect abit more for hari raya n these shall be the cash for shoppin of one pathetic bottom
the balance shall b for the lecture manuals i need to get from sch

oh boy, im lookin forward for attachment somehow
n for results? my dad is lookin forward to it
plz plz plz, let me hav my GPA more than 3, or not im DEAD
total death

woke up close to 10.30am
went to shower, then left near to 11.15 n took a bus down to chai chee sec for teachers day celebration

all teachers seems excited to noe wat we r doin and they are particularly interested knowin wat i do in nursing
then mrs tan otherwise better known as ms teh pei shan suddenly popped this question to me:
"shahirah, how r u wif ur chinese bf"
i was like wtf, how on earth she noes
she then mentioned she saw me a couple of times wif the chinese guy at tanah merah
then i remembered, she lived at the condo opposite tanah merah station
HAHA
so told her we broke off then she was like
"aiyo, how come like tat"
i was lazy to answer. haha
then liah was super kepo, went to ask her wat we did, then she said:
"aiya, hug hug all loh"
HAHA
mrs tan is gettin damn lame la she
she mentioned somethin bout once u pass 18, ur really gonna age soon
n it sounds something like this:
"aiyo, wen ur old ah, suddenly u remember, ten years ago im 18!"
along wif her facial expression, damn funny!
finally can joke around wif her compared to those sec sch days where shes so fierce n stuffs
n shes still teachin eng n math
mrs tan: "walao, im so bored wif these 2 subjects. very very boring"

n mr tan is still teachin physics..
ms yong seems tat she needs my help to do relief teaching for bio

apparently, mrs koh still rememebers tat im in nursing
waa tats damn nice la
so she asked hows nursin for me n she hopes my GPA is those good ones
i was lookin forward to see mdm lim, my guider for life back in girl guides days
but she wasnt present, attended some stupid course
i guess the current guides batch gettin worse
n i sure miss mdm lim alot
i still remembers how she put high hopes for me both in guides n durin maths lesson
shes the light!!
oh boy, i sure miss guiding days..

anyway teachers day concert macam happening
teachers dancing some puteri gunung ledang song.. sexy la seh
then mr chia playin some traditional chinese musical instrument wif english song
damn skillful!!

it was overall a nice day today, being able to catch up wif all the teachers, hav mature conversation.
it was good.

so took a couple of photos here n there
not many students came back
so from my batch theres only like liah, fath, cheyenne and myself

afterwhich i took the bus down n met sheena at tanah merah mrt station
walked down to simpang n makan
talked alot
then walked down to bedok south
happily shoppin at guardian for lotions
waa i sure love body lotions alot!!
n i recommend u all to get the latest baby jonhson 24hrs lotion..
its damn nice smelling!
sheena got some whitenin lotion
then we went to survey on dyin hair prices
all the shop i entered seem preety shocked tat i wana dye black! haha
so hav yet to survey round my house area

talkin bout lotions, i think i might sign up for the bodyshop card n shop for multiple lotions
currenlty i hav 3 lotions
mango lotion, satsuma lotion tat i got from body shop n the baby jonhson
mango is for day use at home
baby jonhson for nite use at home
satsuma is for goin out!
n i got satsuma body polish tat is for goin out as well
n i wanna get more n more..

n i love smellin myself rite now.. i applied the baby jonhson wan..
it hav this peach smellin. very sweet n nice =D

so i got home close to 6.30pm
went to roll on the bed n eventually dozed off! haha
woke up nearly 7.30pm, went to shower
n now here i am!!

dad went out
granny n maid watchin indonesia drama
both brothers not home
n im left rottin wif the comp

so rite now, im stil smellin myself
gonna get a new phone soon! yay!
then next month pay, im gonna treat mum by bringin her to the shop n dye her hair
then mayb i might get the body shop card n splurge on lotions!! hahaha

today i woke up close to 9am
received a text by jas sayin shes goin for the class outing
it was raining heavily
so went over to the toilet, had my super warm shower
got out, n dressed really slacked plus messy hair

i was still stuck home though its ten n we r meetin at 10.15am at city hall
haha
was textin jas tru out the whole mrn
finally left home round 10.05, wif my yellow umbrella
i made my way to the usual bus stop towrds tanah merah station
the freakin bus came late n i suppose its due to the weather
then benjy sent a text regarding we shall watch the later movie timing..
damn! if i knew, i would hav leave abit later
hahaha

so trained down to city hall, n saw everyone includin benjy GF.. haha
so cool rite..
pratically we combed the entire marina square, bought the tickets, took photos here n there n finally enter the cinema n watch WALL-E
oh my its really a gd animated movie wif a different plot
i can imitate the WALL-E sound kinda well, so if u wanna hear it, come to me personally.. HAHA

so movie ended close to 2, headed over to BK n had our lunch
i ordered mushroom swiss =D
afterwhich, jas, phil, benjy and hes gf n myself went over to outram on how on earth to get to HPB
so thanks benjy n hes GF
after tat, phil, jas n myself headed down to vivo
window-shopped, hopin to get each of ourselves a nice pair of sandals
in the end, none
so trained down to city hall
went to couple of shops such as roxy, billabong n stuffs
apparently, the sandals r too expensive
damn, so we bought nth for ourselves

everyone was kinda tired, we we decided to call it a day
i reached home close to 7.30
went to shower
n now here i am, in front of the computer

oh my, shd i go b friendly wif shane wen sch reopens? HAHAHA
hes damn fuckin handsome can
i shall just fantasize bout him for the time being.. hehe

today was another great day wif mummy =)
went to fetch her at her workin place at around 1.30
then waited for 12 n headed off to arab street to tailor her baju kurung =)
durin the bus jouney to there, i desperately needed toilet, n wat mummy could do was to just laugh her ass off lookin at how i squimmer round the seat.
next, she asked if i pierced again my ears wen she looked at my tragus
then i was like "mummy, u saw it before, remember?"
then she went "ohhh, really?"
haha.. so the conversation for the piercing plainly ended there

the moment we alighted the bus, we walked really fast as my poor detrusor muscle, both internal and external spinchter cannot take it =)

mummy went to her tailor shop, n my destination was the toilet =)
after well relieved, headed back to the tailor shop
the tailor woman asked if i wanna join sewin classes on how to sew baju kurung
i was like "ehh, baju kurun?"
mummy was like "y not u join? learn some sewin skills"
i went "hmmmm, sewing?"
hahaha

after the lady is done wif my mum measurements, we left n walked to OG
while walkin, i told my mum no sewing or bakin or cookin classes
then my mum replied "then how bout ur husband"
i simply answered "no way, im NOT gettin married, guys are worthless creatures"
mummy was stunned by the reply n just continued walking =)

so we were at OG hoping to find either a nice blouse or a nice pair of shoes for my mum
n i wanted to pay for it
OG stuffs are so chinese look-a-like
since we patrolled around, n there is nth mummy fancied, we walked back to the mrt station n trained down to tampines

wen we alighted at tampines, saw shane
aiyo hes so handsome can!!
how i wish i had a date wif him!!!
it was nice catchin up wif him
mayb wen sch reopens, i shd b exceptionally close wif him then hu noes we go out on a date! hahaha
(dream on sha!!)

so aftertat, went to drew money from ATM
then headed over to swensons!
mummy was a happy happy girl
she ordered some chicken thingy n i ordered some sourdough bread thingy
we enjoyed our lunch cum dinner! haha
afterall i paid, so obviously my mum enjoyed her meal =)

aftertat, walked round TM and century square, hopin my mum like something..
apparently none
so decided to go to golden landmark next time, n i will get for her a nice blouse

i realised im such a good daughter can.. HAHA
afterwhich bought kotex ( 2 packs of 20 pads each, one wif wing and without wings)
my mum said im a kotex queen, bought so many.. haha
so i only did kotex shoppin, dint fancy any sandals except the pair from charles n keith which i think waste of money
so perhaps this month, no sandals then

so i got some balance of cash from the meal we dined, gave mum since shes so broke
n now im broke
HAHA
tmr will b meetin the nyp cliques at 10.15 AM (mind it, its early in the mrn) at city hall
oh boy, im so glad the train journey from tanah merah to city hall is only 18 mins..
i will leave home round 9.45, walked down to the station n will reach the designated destination at 10.15
that means gotta b awake round 9?
walao. wat a bugger.. haha
gonna use my sexy bag n pair of shades
dresscode: perhaps my jeans and sleeveless
footwear: haviannas (wat on earth can i wear since i don hav any slippers, mayb shd go n get one tmr)
then look cool rite

this week is definitely a true outin week

so on fri, sheena dated me for lunch
so gonna spend for awhile in chai chee, then berambos!

ok today was a fruitful day!!

met up wif yvonne around 1.50pm at orchard control station
walked to far east
got my sling bag for 15 bucks! n i love it sooo much

then walked around, hopin to find sandals.. but nope
so walked back to wistma
wanted to get my charles n keith sandals really badly
however, the size i would like to get its no longer available
so skipped the sandals, n walked over to FOREVER 21 n got myself a pair of shades =)
i love the shades

then yvonne n i patrolled round wistma, afterwhich to taka then walked down to cineleisure
yvonne had her fav baked pasta at pastamania despite the fact she went to the dentist the day before regardin her braces n she treated me to garlic bread!
it was my first time dining there! haha
afterwhich we went down to heeren
it was a well day spent!
yvonne finally found a suitable stud for her belly piercing though the length is shorter.. don worry girl, u still look gd wif the stud!

afterwhich we walked down to plaza sing, stopped at body shop
then headed home =)

got home nearly 7
posed around wif my new bag n shades
everyone said nice
my grandma asked if the shades were meant for the guys?
haha
its unisex!

so tmr plan will b meetin my mum to treat her swensons n perhaps get myself a pair of sandals
thurs plan is to watch movie wif the gang
fri will b back to sec sch

yesterday was a successful trip wif hana
however TTSH bastard me again. so my pay only comes in every 26th of the month. fucker!

so hana n i met up around 1.30
trained down to tao payoh to find my crappy nursing shoes
found it but it was a size bigger, hu gives a shit, i will just need to get a thicker socks! haha

afterwhich trained down to town n started to walk n walk
walked to far east hopin to survey some bag prices
apparently suhana's backpack is nowhere to b found. poor girl
so found my kind of bag, but kinda small.. but then again its nice wif the buckles
so perhaps might b gettin it

afterwhich we walked all the way back to bugis.
wat a bugger rite
along the way found some old shops, then got this shop wif circular bags took our interest
the starbucks wan was really really captivating, the green background is just WOW
hana intended to get the cornflakes bag for her sis, n perhaps the pizza hut for herself n definite starbucks for myself
the bag is like an all multipurpose one
can go to sch, bring to the beach, wear wif dresses
so nicee!
its 23 each though, but hana n i think tat if we buy 3 bags at one shot, the lady might sell it cheaper, perhaps 20 per bag?
but the cicular bag really nice.. very unique.. hardly u see anyone walkin down the streets carryin such bags
i will b gettin it n using it for sem 2

so hana n i walked n walked n found bugis!! haha
it was kinda fast though.. around an hour walk or lesser
so we kepo round the shops in bugis
then headed back home as i needed to break fast

so yesterday was a fruitful event wif hana just tat TTSH bastard me wif the money! damn

today's plan is to meet up wif yvonne n buy all my stuffs
check my money n its IN
bastard! haha
so i might b gettin the small sling bag tat hana n i saw at fareast yesterday
the lady was sellin it for 21, i hope i can get it below 20! hahaha
then a pair of nice simple sandals for 20 or less
the rest of the money save to pay HP bills
tmr mummy wans me to treat her fish n chips.. shes so fickle minded.. so its either wed or fri..

thurs a definite outing for me n jas
benji pm me last nite over msn askin for an outing
i suggested on thurs, since im out wif jas.. but then again fri also i don mind..

today is a bright n sunny day
oh weather plz don bastard me n hana
so hana n i r goin out later on to get our stuffs for cheaper prices
first stop will b my nursing shoes provided my pay comes in
after tat we shall stroll down to town to get our bags n an additional pair of sandals for myself

its been rainin heavily for the past few days
dad said it will b tat way for about ten days before fasting month starts
my dad sounds like the weather forecast man HAHA
talkin bout him, he got himself a freakin sammsung onia phone
walao! the phone got so many programmes, N THERE IS NO FREAKIN MANUAL coz inside the phone got the freakin nvr ending phone guide
i suffered for the past two nites (apparently he got it on sat nite)
so ya.. im still figurin how to get to do certain fucntions up till today
i guess i need approximately a week to doodle around wif the phone

N MY DAD IS EXTREMELY SWEET
n y is it so?
coz he wanted to get me a TOUCH SCREEN phone for my 18th bifday
n i hav 3 weeks from now to choose any of it!
my 2nd bro suggested i get samsung omnia, so me n my dad can try n furthur understand the phone! wat a suggestion.. i noe

i told my dad mayb i would like to hav the HTC diamond.. mayb
then he said he went over to the mobile shop, n the customer threw the HTC rite at the salesman face.. this is becoz, once u drop tat phone, all ur memory is gone.. wth?
i noe..

so still considerin
samsung omnia is totally not my kind.. coz its freakin thick macam the IPHONE
i need a slim phone so durin attachment it doesnt need to fight for space along wif my stationeries in the pocket
any suggestions pple?

woke up nearly ten with headaches

i wonder y this headaches are happening
its so weird
is it due to my tragus piercing or wat?

in any case, my tragus is much better now
cleanin it wif extra pressure doesnt seem to hurt so much

so practically just roamed around home the entire day
its raining heavily, n my head hurts
n it only seem to hurts wen im hungry
weird

was checkin out on phones online
dad desperately wants to get a new phone n hes spoilt for choices
finally he narrowed down to two options
n they are: samsung omnia n HTC diamond

he wants me to get either one of them along wif him
i need a phone.. but the choices he gave me.. hmm they r really expensive without contracts
hence still pending, but for a definite im gettin a touch screen phone

im so INTO touch screen eversince i own an ipod touch
i love my ipod touch so much despite i threw it around home
HAHA
n i have yet to drop it n i noe i wont
or not i will cry my freakin lungs out

i also went to surveyed my nursing shoes online
BATA do hav a website of their own
i desperately need to get one before the upcomin attachment on 15 sept
my current shoes are tearin apart n it kinda stinks! haha
i guess wif all the amt of fecal or urine stuffs tat i must hav stepped inside the sluice room
anyway back to BATA, i sent them an email askin for the particular pair of shoes tat i want hopin they hav my size n reminded them to get back to me.. haha =D
in any case, next week, I BETTER GET MYSELF A PAIR OF NURSING SHOES

so shopping list: nursing shoes, sandals, vintage sling bag, aldo shades

so today's paper was really the fantastic one among all the past 5 papers which includes psycho.

ended at ten am, met up wif liah
lepak at macs
left at 11.15 to go vivo to check out teacher's day stuffs

then caught up wif the past
hana left for her nite safari
then after which fath n liah accompanied me to get my wrappin paper then we left home

hmm.. very temptin.. somemore weather so hot nowdays..
then i wanna get a vintage sling bag really badly plus a new pair of fanciful sandals
just now at vivo saw the sandals i wanted from charles n keiths.
but is like 21.90.. liah said can get cheaper
hmmm

so mayb on tues i shall roam around wif yvonne in town to find my items.
so these r the main things i wanna get this month.
the rest save n give mummy some money
daddy has been buggin me to get the HTC phone.. but its like 600 bucks? so expensive!!

so rite now, just wonderin where to get my vintage sling bag
n also a nice pair of affordable sandals
intending to spend 50 for this two items
then the rest save for my hair stuffs.. wanna get it dye jet black

Drugs affecting the ANS
adrenergic agonist: adrenaline
- aplha 1 effects will b vasoconstriction thus resulting in increase of BP
- aplha 2 effects will b lipolysis, gluconenogenesis. bladder contract, pupils dilate
- beta 1 effects will b incease the force and contractility of the heart
adrenergic agonist: salbutamol
affects beta 2 whereby they will b brocodilation, relax of bladder muscles

adrenergic antagonist: alpha will b prazosin
prazosin: use to treath BPH and hypertension
side effects: syncope (fainting spells), postural hypotension, need to lie down after first dose

side effects: GI problem, nephrotoxic, CNS

inhibits cell wall synthesis: penicillin, cephalosporins, vancomycin
inhibits proteins synthesis: aminogylcoside, macrolides, tetracyclines
inhibits nucleic acid systhesis: quinolones, sulphamides, rifampicin

penicillin: amoxycillin (broad spectrum but more towards gram +ve)
indications: urinary tract infections
side effects: GIT, neuro, nephro, cholestatic jaundice

cephalosporins: ceftriazone (rosephine, broad spectrum 3rd gen. resistant to most cephalosporinase)
indications: urinary tract infection
side effects: GIT, neuro, avoid consumin alcohol- disulfiram like reactions

must note that patients who are allergic to penicillin also have high tendency to be allergic to cephalosporins

vancomycin
indications: treatment of MRSA, treatment of antibiotic associated diarrhoea
side effects: red man syndrome, ototoxic, nephrotoxic, thrombophlebtis

aminogylcosides: gentamicin (-ve broad spectrum)
acts synergistically with penicillin and cephalasporins
indications: biliary tract infection, endocarditis
side effects: ototoxic, nephrotoxic, hypersenstitivity

i finally showered n reading up pharmacology
so this is the latest updates on how much i noe on pharmacology
lets start from the beginning

3 types for classification of drugs:
theraputic (antihypertensive)
pharmacologic (diuretics,ACE inhibitor, calcium channel blockers)
poison (POM, P, P+ POM, G)

3 types for naming a drug (drug nomenclature)
chemical name
generic name
trade name

Pharmokinetics: deals with what happen to the drugs throughout the body.
Consists of 4 major components which are Absorption, Distribution, Metabolisation, Excretion.

Absoprtion: rate and extent by which the drug moves from the site of administration.

It is affected by route of administration, blood flow, surface area available, physical nature of drug dosage, presence of food in the stomach, concurrent oral administration of other drugs, solubility of the drugs.

Bioavailability: the fraction of the administered drug that is absorbed.

Distribution: the process by which the drugs leaves the bloodstream and enters into the cells of the tissue.

3 primary processes: active transport, passive diffusion and via carrier proteins.

These processes are affected by blood flow, permeability of the capillary, binds to plasma proteins and drug structure.

Metabolism: refers to the biological transformation of a drug into an inactive/ more potent metabolite.

Main organ: Liver
Mechanism: oxidation, reduction

Factors affecting metabolization: genetics, environment, age, nutrition and diseaseas.

Excretion: process by which the drug or metabolite is removed from the body

Main organ: Kidney
Mechanism: glomerular filtration, tubular secretion.

sick

yesterday was bio paper
i screwed up the essay ques.. damn
i went to sch round 12.45, met up wif yvonne in sch lib n mugged
paper started at 4, i left round 5.40
i was too cold
i dint even eat anything heavy before the paper except one slice of bread spreaded wif kaya at home n hot dog bun in sch
i was so weak that my extremities were extremly cold
trained back home wif jas, i was really so weak somehow..
alighted at tanah merah, i nearly fainted
must be hypoglycemia
got home, ate rice n all
went to rest
suddenly, a spike of temperature
i was so cold, my vision was so bad
i tot i was goin to die
i quickly wore my 6 year old maroon jacket, hopped onto the bed n submerged myself under my one n only mickey mouse blanket
i was so warm tat i tot im gonna die of intense body temperature
mom came in wif panadols
popped them into my mouth n swalllowed hard wif a glass of warm water, n forced myself to sleep

at tat moment, i could only think about someone
none other than ericko
still remembered those time wen im sooo ill, he would actually b there by me
got me a card wif mickey mouse prints
i knew tat i no longer hav him by side, so i could just afford to think back all those memories
stared at the "little miss princess" paper look a like shirt n gave a huge sigh
my body temp flactuates up n down
im so worried

this mrn i woke up wif no strength and energy
i nearly fell wen i stood up
does this got anything to do wif postural hypotension?
so anyway i staggered my way down the living room to the kitchen n got myself a packet of milo drink
then i staggered n was breathing heavily as if my lungs cant expand fully back to my room
quickly lie down on the bed, drank the milo really hard
felt slightly better hence im bloggin bout this unexpected event

i really need all the energy to do well for pharmaco
past papers don seem to b able to do well
i hav this strong feelin i might get b for bio, which i really hope not.. i will prefer if i get an a
n im not too sure if i hav enuf strength to actually go out wif the gals to get teacher's day stuffs
my body homeostasis is so unpredictable
right now, im tryin to breathe so hard.. wats wrong wif me?
is death approachin me or wat?

for the upcomin week, got multiple plans coz the last week to enjoy before fasting month comes which is the week after next

on mon: most prob meetin up hana
on tues: meet up wif yvonne
on wed: no plans. mayb bringin mum to eat fish n chips
on thurs: perhaps a meet up wif jas to check out how to get to the health promotion board
on fri: meet up wif widad after her paper

i need to get myself a nice vintage sling bag for below 25
a nice pair of sandals tat cost below 25 as well
a pair of nursing shoes from BATA
if got extra cash, i will get myself a nice bottoms

i better make it to year 2 semester 2
then gotta check the timetable
gonna enrol myself in swimmin classes at bedok provided tat lessons on tuesday ends at 4?
then i will b so busy wif my life
right now, i hav nth to do, such a loner
everyone seems busy wif things to do except for me
so yea.. hav to wait all the way till hari raya over then i hav the ability to enrol myself in swimmin classes

so on the eve of raya, i wanna go do pedicure.. haha
then before sch reopen, i wanna dye my hair back to black
n i shall do something different
i better lose a reasonable amt of weight by the time sch reopen
gonna bring my vintage sling bag to sch
its gonna b a whole new me
i was thinkin of rebonding my hair, coz i always wanted to hav bangs
but then again, it will make me look so chubby n rebondin for my hair is so no way
haha
so usual curly hair, perhaps i might go for classes on wat kind of hairstyle i shd do
then i also wanna so called change my dress code
im gonna tailor myself a nice floral dress =D
i hav so many things in mind, but not too sure if can accomplish them

most probobaly fast durin the weekends again, so no goin out.. boring..

ta daa

yesterday was the dreadful adult nursing paper for 2 freakin hrs
oh my god
i screwed up my 50 marks essay man!
n the mcqs were tricky..

i felt so dissapointed after the paper
its like i dint put in effort at all, but its true that i dint even put in much effort
i don wish to dissapoint my dad
so anyway after the paper met up wif my sweet hanali after years!! haha
first up, we met at somerset
i went down to body decor to check on my piercing coz it seems inflammed
so the piercer suggested warm compress n hopefully it will b gone within a week

after which, we trained down to bugis in hope to get ourselves a bag each
apparently, it was abit too expensive n the bag i wanted to find doesnt seem to hav a bigger wan
mayb i will get the small one, the desgin is very very nice but its like 29.90 wth?
instead we got ourselves a skinny belt each tat cost only 2 bucks per belt.. freakin cheap hor
after tat we trained down again to tampines, sat at coffee bean, bought mocha ice blended n started talkin n talkin till nite came.. haha
the way i spent my day was as if the last day of exams! haha
it was really nice to catch up wif hana n talked about pple around us
n i hope to do this more often especially before fasting month comes!!

so today was a break day
sent my grandma to bedok poly for her blood test for renal procedures
then we walked down from bedok interchange to the coffeeshop oppsite my mum's workin place.. my grandma was on the wheelchair, so she literally enjoyed the fact tat there is someone pushin her! haha
then ate breakfast cum lunch together
i shared wif mummy coz i wasnt even hungry!!
afterwhich mummy went back to work, n my maid, grandma n myself walked back home
reached home round 11am
i just stared in blank space
used the comp tru out the day
n i dint even bother openin my book
i dint even sleep despite how hard i forced to close my eyes
even if i were to fall asleep, i will b awake in less than 2 hrs time
hahaha
i donno wat to study already for bio
i kept flippin n readin nutrition
such a bore
then went to read up pharmaco on asthma therapy
about the preventer(controllers) and reliever
wat kind of drugs usually used
so for preventer is like inhaled corticosteroids such as beclomethasone
then for reliever is beta 2 agonist which is often salbutamol as it is rapid acting inhaled beta 2 agonist
n y inhaled is better? coz it goes directly to the airway n systemic effects are lesser
then the list goes on..

tragus really hurt at times
its those intermittent pain
so i texted natalie to ask about her previous swellin on her tragus
it was like WOW, she actually tolerated the pain big time.. her tragus swell so much that she cant even dig her ears
at least mine able to dig the ears still
then how the swell burst n all those yucky products came out n how she actually dint even remove the stud n still go on wif it
shes such a brave gurl
she suggested i applied some lotion n stuffs
so lets hope my tragus will b better
yvonne also provided info on the remedy which is mixing normal saline wif warm water n rinse it after application usin the shower head
i would like to thank the gals tat offer help on reducin the swell n pain on my tragus

today was a filthy day
recap n revising on adult nursing is really bad tat i nearly went bonkers
n i fasted today
low glucose level leads to low tolerance of studyin
wateva the case, i managed to read n understand somehow
finally being able to enter CMS n view all those online learnin stuffs
n from there, my knowledge on adult nursing is really crap
so those e-tutorial enlighten me, so right now i roughly hav an idea where i am
but im not at the peak level compared to my knowledge on bio as well as pharmaco
so tmr is gonna b another day of draggy adult nursing
intention first thing in the mrn: recap liver as well as thyroid not forgettin my renal
after tat, shower n stuffs hit the rest of the freakin nonsense
then in the nite, will finalised the whole shit
on mon mrn, meetin jas for breakfast
after the paper, meetin hanali to relax
afterwhich i hav my whole sweet time for bio n pharmaco!
im lookin forward to those papers coz i believe tendency to score in those 2 modules out of 5 over modules is higher

how i wish im smart and catch things easily

studyin

yesterday was studyin time for me, pj n yvonne
yvonne n myself r punctual pple! haha.. we came rite at ten in sch lib
pj came late.. perhaps round ten sumtin nearin 11?
haha.. but halfway tru studyin i was down wif extreme flu n fever includin sore throat!
wth?
brought my cammie alon n we camwhored like shit.. haha
yvonne left round 3 sumting to catch a movie wif her frens leavin me n pj behind
both of us were not concentratin anymore thus headed to AMK hub n watched love guru!
haha

its rather surprising for me, pj n yvonne to hang out
first n foremost, we r not from the same class
secondly, we r not from the same sec schs
thirdly, we r not of the same race! haha (im not being racist ok)
fourthly, the wonders of attachment really made three of us close
=D
im so glad GOD help me to extend my network of frens. thank u
but i will appreciate it abit more if YOU extend my network of male frens?
