after 6 days not meetin juwita, I FINALLY SAW HER

IT WAS A SUPER DUPER HOT HOT DAY

woke up at 9, showered
headed over to the saloon wif mum n get out hair dyed
i got mine dyed back to super duper jet black whereas mum was brownish red
staffs in the saloon tot we were sisters which made my mum extremly euphoric coz she felt young.. sheesh

we left close to 12 n headed home to rest before goin out again
this time round we decided to go over to OG to get my mum's shoes
apparently the pair tat my mum was super comfortable wif it had no longer have her size
she was so dissapointed (its ok mum, we can go again next week)

afterwhich we walked towards BHG then to arab street to get murtabak for granny
next, we took a bus down to parkway

y parkway?
coz mummy wanted to get me the guess wallet for my bifdae!!
i was given the privilige to choose any wallet regardless the price.. =D
so got this mocha, long wallet with the bright, shiny GUESS tat stands out
apparently ISETAN was havin sale, n the particular wallet i got was 20 percent off
tentatively, i dint rip mum's money! haha

movin on, we went to giant n my mum ripped down the enitre giant with all the groceries.. haha
then reached home close to 5

anyway i would like to wish my 2nd brother, a very happy 25th birthday!! (big boy la)
i decided to get for him stylish cuff links =) (its close to freakin 100 just for two stupid look-alike buttons)

hes a great brother tat i can choose my bifdae present regardless of the price (tat explains y im willing to fork out a sum of money for his birthday)
so decided to get myself puma pumps so i can use it to sch.. HEHE

so my 18th bifdae seems a wonderful one
firstly, i got all the wishes from my love ones
secondly, im able to get things tat r super expensive, HAHA
thirdly, a doctor befriended me

HAHAHA

just a brief update on the past 2 days, SHS was a total bore. I slept. =)

p.s: we talked over the phone, YES we talked.. oh my god!
p.ss: hana went for the F1, even 2nd bro too.. they hav free tickets.. sheesh
p.sss: mum allow me to rebond my hair, however im pending if i shd?

one week of attachment is over, 2 more weeks to go
2 more weeks to present case study, do more skills, do reflections, memorize more medications..

n im so drain out from it

so this comin tuesday im turnin 18!! yay!!
haha

woke up early this mrn to review on my medication for my acne
had to take blood test so cannot fast (there goes my plan of being able to fast for the whole month)
afterwhich headed to eatspoint n got mr bean n i walked home
yes i walked home from eastpoint back to my house! haha
i cant believe i did tat but yes i did it!
=)

once got home, i knocked out. haha
woke up at 3 then had my wonderful shower
applied the cream that the doc prescriped for me
then wrapped my hair wif the hair mask
wat a wonderful day

so perhaps later i go n dig out more info for case study

its been 3 days since attachment started
attachment at ortho ward is bad, especially wen u gotta transfer the patients especially those who undergo surgery on the lower region of the body such as the dynamic hip screw and suffer fractures like neck of femur & intertrochanteric, worse still female patients (super demanding)

secondly, havin ttsh clinical instructor like joyce is adding the misery of the 3 weeks attachment wif the nvr ending questions and plenty of case studies, medication quiz that we hav to do.
she love to ask sudden questions tat we r not even aware of. (definitely not something gd, especially for pple like me, where i anyhow tikam the ans.)

thirdly, been hearin stories from sarniyah tat ericko is being close to this gurl.. haha
i wish him all the best of luck wif tat fat gurl..

next, juwita is one of my best giggling partner for the attachment n im so glad we in the same shift n just next to each other's cubicle.
n im so gonna miss her wen shes out for SHS
jas goin for her SHS tmr n fri.. hope she can manage
apparently jas n i are not even in the same team, how miserable
or not she will b my chattin partner

OH, i got reasonable results
n its all thanks to my project
for the first time NO Ds (surprisingly, my nursing lab is Bt, when all the while is Dt)
n only 1C (psycho, not my cup of tea)
so my grades were primarily dominated by Bt, which is somehow gd news considering, i dint really put in much effort.. =D
however bio drop big time (from distinction to A to Bt, i was very dissapointed wif myself)
so celebration after raya, CAFE del mar wif sheena at sentosa! haha
and definitely i wanan meet up wif suhana =)

so lets hope i score for this attachment (which is REALLY difficult)

then sem 2 will b all brand new modules (AGAIN)

moving on, i realised this week kinda fly really fast
tmr is already thursday (usually durin attachment, time flies really slow and its dreadful)
which goes to show tat one week of attachment is comin to an end and there will b 2 weeks left before sem 2 starts

not forgettin, means raya is nearin!! (can collect kaching!, in other words Green Packet)

anyway i got myself the hair mask n conditioner from bodyshop
spent 35.50
n currently im usin the hair mask now covered wif shower cap n suppose to use it overnite
lets hope, tmr the hair will b smooth!

OH OH, just now durin break something freaky happened
coz since its fasting month, all the fastin staffs spent their break in the staff room
then there is this male, malay senior AN from my ward was sleepin on the sofa where juwita n i were sitting
wif hes eyes closed, he said "shahirah, a girl tat others think very playful and do not do her job. however, no one noes, how intelligent she is inside. she always show pple her happiness and how cheerful she is, but only god noes how sad she is internally. she doesnt like to show her sadness to others. im sure she will b successful in the future"
juwita was shocked n she stared at me.. i was stunned.. he really can read hu u r!

haha ok then, wanan go watch drama, can sleep late tonite coz tmr is afternoon shift
tat means, gotta break fast in the hospital wif juwita!! yay! haha

ok i just got back from geylang wif mum
not the red light district but from the bazaar for fasting month =)
n i reached home around 11 plus

it was super crowded.. i don really fancy crowded places
bumped into some NYP pple primarily nursing students
haha

afterwhich, mum n i got bored walkin around the bazaar, we went over to the singpost building
my aunt set up a stall over there
very nice bags at cheap prices!

then something really weird happened
this guy came up to me n said "hi"
then it took me quite a while to remember him
n wen i did, he was my sec sch crush in the bus! HAHAHA

this is how the story goes:
since sec 1, i always take bus service 13, 43 or 48 to go to sch..
then happen this guy from victoria sch always take the same bus
n can u guys believe it, we took the same bus for the whole 4 years
HAHA
only exchange smiles n gestures
waaaaa.. i cant believe he still remembers me
n now hes way cooler
plays guitar n all! aiseh..

so it was quite nice tat someone actually remembers me!

moving on, mum n i stayed at my aunt's stall n chit chat (wat else can we women do?)
my aunt's bags were selling quite well
so any of u wanna get nice bags or pouches, plz do drop by at the singpost building
opens at 12pm n closes at 12am
the rental for one stupid small space cost close to 2000 bucks for the entire month of fasting
super expensive!

OH, just to update bout my new phone
i installed all the necessary nonsense even to the spore map! haha (in case im lost in some ULU area)
so tmr, mayb i will go down to bodyshop n get my hair products
hana booked me to help out for her PP

n monday is the day! for attachment

hello fellow buggers! =)

so i had nth to do today hence decided to post some shit over here.

earlier on, was browsing tru bodyshop website
N IM IN LOVE WITH THEIR PRODUCTS
im so gonna get honey mositurzing conditioner along wif the brazillian nut hair mositurzing mask
n i think i shd get myself the bodyshop card considering tat im gettin my hair products from there
however still pending

something i realised is tat
hair is one of women secrets of beauty
its our asset
thus tat explains y im very ENTHU takin care of my hair
my hair looks like some shit after the hair cut from chapter 2.. sheesh
those buggers doesnt noe how to give a proper hair cut for natural curly hair owners like me!
i hope bodyshop products will do wonders on my hair
so far, i hav been usin the shampoo for a couple of days n it kinda work somehow
hence, its time to get the whole set products which will cost me round max of 40 bucks
i will do anythin to produce great hair

movin on, my aunt from aussie called checkin out when on earth im comin down to visit her
i really hope i can n wish to celebrate christmas at brisbane wif her
went to browse for the fare of singapore airlines tickets to brisbane
n it cost close to $1341!
grrr!
she's mailin down two air tickets
i cant possibly go wif my father alone, feels so weird without mum around
hence i will just pay for tat large sum of money for tat additional ticket so mum can join us
however still pending

my life is full of PENDING
n tat shows how i take extra effort to analyze it n see if its worth or not.. haha

so, i hav yet to noe wen results gona b out
i hope its tmr, somehow
n u noe wat?
im gonna stay up till 12midnite n check
if results not out yet, im so NOT gonna bother myself anymore n check unless someone come up to me n inform me tat the results are out.

woke up at 8am n went down all the way to the altering shop opposite TJC
apparently, the shop was closed! waa damn pissed la me.. woke up so early n now its closed.
then mummy suggested to alter near our home area
so i walked n it took me close to 15 mins..

the altering aunty did a good job! hehe.. though it cost 6 bucks per uni.. (considered expensive)
so the uni drops nicely on my body, though its slightly loose! but hu cares la..
i cant work properly if its too body fitting

afterwhich got home around 10am
tried to sleep back but i cant (which was bad news for me)
so watched tv instead hopin to make me feel sleepy (however it doesnt work, sheesh)

spent my afternoon using the comp
n finally had a nap in the afternoon
its like the first time i got a nap eversince the holidays started for the past 2 weeks

next wen i woke up, it was just nice to break fast =)

watched tv all the way n now here i am
using the com AGAIN
i wonder if either the comp or lappy is gonna explode at the rate im using it! haha

mum planned to go geylang bazaar on fri nite n at the same time check out my aunt's stall at the singpost building at paya lebar
most prob on sat, meetin jas aka charmaine (HAHA) n do some window shoppin!

first stop was Cotton On
we went to tried the bottoms n tops! haha
n obviously, we dint get anything..

n i like their jeans, might b gettin them next week!

afterwhich we went to all the shops in parkway
n i fell in love wif topshop shorts!!
however its freakin 83 bucks.. sheesh
so shoppin list: jeans, shorts n a nice, loose top
i realised i need to get more loose tops coz it wont show all my fats!

movin on, accompanied sheena to eat at macs
then as usual, our haribaa talks and photo takings
next, sheena sec sch mate joined us
apparently hes workin at giordana in parkway
he gonna offer us a freakin 30 percent off
so i think i rather get the shorts over there compared to topshop!

well, another home day AGAIN
so practically used the lappy till breaking fast time.
nth special today
went to read up TTSH clinical guide for student nurses
then prepared template for report takin
im abit "ENTHUSIASTIC" bout the upcomin attachment (which is next week) HAHA

so, dad is gettin my new phone prolly by next weekend
cheerios!

gd news for this month: hp bill is only 25 bucks.. woo hoo
next: i don even noe wen are results gonna b released (i hav no idea y is NYP so secretive bout all these important events, we don even noe wen on earth sch is gonna re-open. TELL ME BOUT IT PPLE)

moving on, i seriously need to get my arse out of the house
im afraid i might suffer from "HOME SYNDROME" (which is definitely not something gd)

i received texts from this long lost person which i don even wanna keep in contact wif..
i was in total disgust
so dint bother replying =)

so now, im practically full despite eating small portions
n im kinda sleepy (too much of carbohydrates results to this!)

i think im not the only one in the family hu is suffering from "pre-menoupausal syndrome.
My definition of it: indefinite emotions

everyone in my family seems to b down wif the sydrome lately.
so an unexpected, unpalatable thing happened rite before breakin fast btw 2nd bro n mum.

moving on, ealier on in the day, was another unpleasant experience.

so today was all about UN-something..

i hope everyone will b ok soon

so wat did i do the whole day?
watched movies on star movies =)
so now takin a break from it.. later in the nite, they will b showin step up..
n as usual, im definitely either usin the comp or lappy..

tmr marks the 3rd week of my hols.
which means, attachment is nearin!
i found out tat there will b year 1s in my ward
how wonderful! haha.. can make them do the bedpan n urinal.. MUAHAHA

i got my honey mositurzing shampoo!! (without the card though)

went to parkway wif dearest mummy around 1pm (i had to persuade her to come wif me as i was bored rottin at home for 5 days straight)
so first shop we went was bodyshop
they had crazy sales! apprently, the shampoo i got dint hav any sales so gotta pay 16.90.. sheesh
the body wash was like 2 bottles for 14.90! super cheap
initial price per bottle was 12.90! tell me bout it
the shampoo was total honey smellin! super super super sweet!
my mum love it n we r gonna share the shampoo hoping it makes a difference to our current hair

perhaps next week, i might get the wash as i was broke after spending for the shampoo
afterwhich, mummy n i walked the entire parkway
she decided to get for me a wallet from guess for my bifdae =)

so got home round 4.30, n was busy showing off my shampoo
n im gonna use it tmr! =)
so next week, another rotting week
mum suggested to go over to geylang next weekend
on the 20/9 i hav my specialist appointment!
im broke!

next, sheena n i known each other for like close to 13 years
its like more than half of our life!

today, another day rite infront of lappy till breaking fast time
tadaa!
so rebonding the fringe is still pending

after breakin fast, 2nd bro critisize me for watchin hanna montana
sayin its not meant for my age
n im a young adult n plz watch something proper
HAHA
he mentioned something bout watchin discovery channel, history channel (walao, so not my kind of genre)
so i told him off by sayin "i hav ample of nursing lab skills books to read, thanks for the suggestion" =)
so by being a good brother, he still went on ranting bout how i shd not watch hanna montana
n how i shd get my ass out of the house instead of stayin home n rot (HELLO, its fasting month!, wat can i do wen im out?)

moving on, he asked how long hav ericko n i broken off
he just love to rub it in..
sickening

afterwhich the topic was on the current medication tat we are both taking to control the acne on our face
hes left wif 6 more months to go for a definite elimination of ance
n he said hes willin to sell me the capsules at 20 percent off
so somehow i will save 20cents per capsule (ok, i noe its pathetic, but come to think of it, I SAVE SOME CASH, haha)

then, he wondered how does nurses keep track n serve medications to patients kinda fast
so this is where my expertise came in n fully described the procedure

next, he talked bout laptop
hes being such a sweet one by offering to get one for me
=)
so now i LOVE havin a brother

OH, definitely we talked bout our life
i was complaining tat i need lots of discount cards for shopping
n he was nice to offer me his topshop card! thank u
then he was showin off his new tennis racket
hes a rich guy la, engaged in rich sports..
wat a bugger, sheesh

so its approximately 18 days wen im announced legally 18!
this are the current gifts tat i noe i will definitely get unless there is some unforseen circumstances

mum: puma pumps (actually, i can just ask mum to get anything for me BUT within a budget)

so i wonder wat will b my 2nd bro's surprise
last year he got me a volcom bag which i dint realise till i walked into a ripcurl shop one fine day.

so i spent half of my day readin my bk (im at the best ever part of the book), then spent close to 1 hour plus in the showers (all those scrubbing!) and finally i plugged my ipod touch (its trapping dust in my cupboard!, haha) into the comp n downloaded new songs.. (ok, practically its NOT new songs in the billboard, but new ones in my ipod, haha)

bad news: i still cant put on both my earplugs coz of the tragus piercing.. haha.. hav to wait for it to be completely way better which i assume i gotta give it 2 months. its weird wen u hav to listen to the music only on one side.. sheesh

anyway while in the showers, i hate the fact wen hair got trapped along my tragus piercing. it hurts. BUT, the pain don persist. tats something gd compared to initially wen i just got it pierced n my hair got tangled around it.. it was OUCH! for close to ten mins

talking bout earphones, i really wanan get either purple or red earphones. im sick n tired of the white one.

ok moving on, im glad i spent my day in a fruitful way (somehow)

alrite, today was somehow a gd day coz i dint post TOO MANY entries

i was usin lappy from mrn till breakin fast time

next, i spent my whole day watchin hanna montanna over the net, kung fu panda on the dvd along wif granny n maid, searched for simple bakin recipes n chat wif boring pple.
wat a day

moving on, i dint eat much wen i broke fast.
HOWEVER, my tummy is so huge..

anyway i seem to fancy green now
i shd join hana!
i finally noe wat to match my green stupid super stretchable blouse tat i bought over the net..

ok this ultimately shows how bored i am tru out the whole day
this is like my 4th post? wth? HAHA
as long im happy, tat matters most =)

so everyone seems busy
N IM FORGOTTEN

anyway, im super bored, VERY BORED
holy pearls, wat a day today..

i just realised today's entries seems abit colourful wif all those pics i stole over the net.. haha

i think i shd get myself a weighing scale. i need to b 50kg n below (preferably) for a new new me..

damn, im pretty concerned bout my hair
its so-not-pleasing to the eyes
secondly, my pimples are gettin way out of control at the sides.. damn.. so irritating
im suppose to hav a flawless skin by payin hundreds, apparently it takes a real long time
so i hope to use this phrase soon "goodbye ugly pimples, & hello flawless!"
thirdly, weight has been as issue. i hav flabs on tummy region, big tighs tat r equivalent to fat chicken tighs, my calf as big as those men hu participate in the swimming category in the olympics.. damn.. i hav too much of testosterone?
along wif flabby arms.. is all this inherited or wat?

its raining n pouring really heavily over my side
i was browsing tru my mails, n saw those tat ericko used to send me..
then i realised, pple changed really fast especially wen love no longer exist

tmr will b sch reopen for hana!
its really fast n its semester 2 for her already
so shes out to sch n im left rottin home for the next two weeks before attachment begins

practically, today was spent by watchin tv and infront of the comp
wat else can i do?
i cant possibly read up on nursing lab stuffs.. haha.. tats crazy

movin on,
i literally cant wait for results to b released n see how pathetic i fared for it.
but wateva the case, PLZ PLZ PLZ make sure GPA is above 3.. plz..
next, im lazy to go to the shop and alter my nursin uni
first n foremost, i cant seem to find an affordable, in other words CHEAP altering services.. poor me
talkin bout cheap, i think im behavin like an aunty now! haha.. goin for CHEAP things
i only hav close to ten bucks to spend on alterations
somehow, im glad its only 2 uniforms
however, alteration is still pending

earlier on, played sudoku on miniclips!
n i won! (its the easy version)

tried the medium version, n i was stucked..

did i mention i bought slippers from ripples? (hey, tat rhymes: slippers & ripples, haha)
so i got a pair from tampines last sun while shoppin for lotions wif hana

if u guys bother to read my previous entry, i mentioned something bout gettin this honey mosturizing shampoo from bodyshop
i was busy kepo-ing over the bodyshop website, n saw this shampoo
i think it smells gd, its honey afterall..

its for dry/damaged/chemically treated hair
hence to play safe, im goin to get the small bottle
i hope it works wonders on my hair
i really wish to hav those nice, black, shiny, non-frizzy hair
so wen i let it go, it falls neatly

its close to 30 mins to break fast
dish of the day: beef rendang
sounds gd, but im not a fan of rendang.. haha

one thing for sure: MONEY COMES IN N OUT REAL FAST
ok this is the plan wif all the cash i hav up till before hari raya:

15/9: get train concession coz im out for attachment (45bucks)
19/9: get my punjabi suits (25 bucks for alteration and 50 for tailoring)
20/9: specialist appointment (consulation:45bucks, n the medication will b close to 200 bucks)
26/9: give my grandma her monthly money (50 bucks)
HP bill (plz b 30 bucks or lower)
27/9: get my hair dyed n mummy's hair as well (approximately 100)
n get my honey mosturizing shampoo from bodyshop (250mls: 16.90)
i hope can use eunice bodyshop card n save close to 2 bucks for the shampoo.
1/10: hari raya!! give money to parents n granny (150 bucks)

waa n its close to 500bucks.. aiyo.. tats excludin my medication price.. damn..

so its not good to b havin monthly income, coz practically i pay for every single thing i consumed
even till small things like buyin kotex? aiyoo.. pathetic sia

okie, another home day today
supposedly i wanted to wake up early n alter my nursing uniform at some shop opposite TJC
apparently, i woke up close to 11am n mum said the shop is closed.. wth..
so spent my mrn by watchin disney channel
disney channel provide best entertainment for myself =)

so anyway i secretly used my 2nd bro's tea tree exfoliate for the face
muahaha
i nvr try any exfoliate for facial use, so just kepo abit
haha
the smell of it is so minty, n wen i applied it on my face, aiseh macam refreshin! haha

apparently one thing is for sure
DO NOT USE THE EXFOLIATE WHEN YOU HAV PIMPLES
haha
so i only applied those region tat im clear of pimples which is my forehead, sides of the cheecks n the chin..

ok lets hope, pimples will b gone by 2009 after consuming the highly toxic n yet expensive ISOTETRENOIN
can u believe it, its 1 dollar plus for a freakin capsule, n i gotta eat 3 each mrn..
so literally its equivalent to the shrooms meal at KFC
